PRINCE2 is the tried and tested process-driven project management methodology that provides a guiding framework of processes, principles and techniques and has been proven to be effective for running projects across a wide spectrum of industries.

PRINCE2 offers a business-based and generic, rather than technically specific, process driven methodology that can be applied readily to a wide variety of large and small business projects. PRINCE2 works equally effectively for standalone projects, or in a programme environment. The PRINCE2 Foundation training course is designed to deliver a thorough insight into PRINCE2 and to provide you with the best possible training and preparation for passing the Foundation exam.

This course is best suited for those responsible for managing small projects, junior project managers or project team members needing to participate in a PRINCE2 project effectively.

Prince2 Foundation cost: non-residential £800 plus VAT

Prince2 Foundation duration: three days

examination: the Prince2 Foundation exam lasts one hour and is a closed book multiple choice paper. A score of 50% or higher is required to pass the Prince2 Foundation examination.

This PRINCE2 Foundation training course is accredited by the APM Group.

Note: You will recieve a copy of the PRINCE2 manual (OCG Managing Successful Projects with Prince2) prior to the training course - reading in advance is strongly recommended and will increase dramatically your chances of passing the Prince2 Foundation examination.
