Once you have your ITIL V3 Foundation or V3 Bridging, you are ready to proceed with courses contributing towards your Diploma in Service Management, and will have acquired 2 points towards the total of 17 needed in order to proceed to the Managing Across the Lifecycle training course. You can now choose training courses from the Service Management Lifecycle and Service Management Capabilities streams. Once you have acquired your 17 points from the ITIL Service Management Capabilities and ITIL Service Management Lifecycle, you can then proceed to the ITIL Managing the Lifecycle training course which allows to gain the extra 5 points you need for the Service Management Diploma
