Shindig for Cambodia is a series of live music events being held in Leeds and Wakefield to help raise money to set up an orphanage and drop in centre in Cambodia. The Well is hosting some fantastic bands on Thursday the 9th of December including the formidible Plague of Angels, The Untold Sorrow, The Tipsy Lions, John Hill and Auntiedope. This promises to be a great little event for Leeds music lovers. Find out more about the appeal here.

Shindig for Cambodia will also be happening at a number of other venues including The Snooty Fox, and Carpe Diem where you can see other great lineups. On Sunday 24/10/2010 the Snooty Fox will be playing host to Gargamel (feat. Hamish Glencross and members of My Dying Bride) and plenty of other great metal bands such as the Untold Sorrow.
