TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES: FSI are the logical providers of complete technical support and ICT service support for small and medium-sized businesses locally in Leeds and the surrounding area. Since every company uses its own unique blend of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) and many smaller ICT service providers need to source out to other support technicians in order to provide comprehensive support for technologies with which they are unfamiliar, FSI is the natural alternative.

Ad Hoc Technical Support

Adhoc Server Maintenance Visits: Onsite server maintenance and healthcheck: £300 plus VAT. Remote: £200.

Home workers: We can also provide technical support for professionals and academics working from home.

Uncovered emergency/disaster recovery call out fees start at 100 p/hr. If this is your first contact with us and an emergency, please make sure that you have two credit references immediately to hand; or, alternatively, you will need to make arrangements for a pro-forma or cash payment.


Technical Support Maintenance Contracts

We have a range of support and maintenance contracts available for small to medium-sized businesses and for small business we can offer basic service level agreements (SLAs) for under 10 seats for less than £100 per month.

Silver Technical Support Pack - example service level agreement

This service level agreement package is designed for small business ICT technical support under 20 seats

  1. Provides short-term solutions for enterprise system problems (Server and Desktop).
  2. Offers remote server support and telephone technical support services during office hours (8:45-5:00).
  3. Unlimited email/telephone support for the first 2 months.
  4. This package includes server support and IT support, but only includes technical support for hardware and software not installed by FSI LLP at a supplement of £10 per seat per month.
  5. Callout is not included.
  6. Response time and near-term workarounds and fixes within 24hrs and problems resolved or permanent solutions provided within 72 hours.
  7. Technical support for remote users is not included.
  8. Technical support for non-Windows operating systems is not included within this price.
  9. This provides cover for up to 2 dial in technical support events per month, up to 15 telephone support events per month and 25 email support events per/month.
  10. Certain features that are not included may be available, charged at an hourly rate.
  11. Immediate onsite response for disaster recovery is available for a callout fee of £30 and an hourly rate of £100, or additional cover can be taken out.
  12. Support technician visits to remote, off-site or home workers is to include full transport fee.
  13. Advice given outside the remit of the Service Pack is not guaranteed.
  14. Payments by standing order or direct debit are payable on the first day of each month.
  15. Either party must give two months notice if the technical support agreement is to be terminated.
  16. Software and hardware installations, acquisitions, equipment moves and onsite break/fix are chargeable separately.
